ProCreative Golf 10
If I remove 1 of my 20 stored courses, will I lose my data or history for that course?
No you will not lose your course history. The downloaded courses are a convenience, so you do not have to rely on a data connection to play.
If I delete the Golf 10 app from my iPhone, will I lose my stored data or history?
Yes, if you delete the app, your information will be discarded. If you simply update the app with a new version, your data and history will remain intact. We are currently working on a solution to allow you to backup your data.
If I do not email my stats or scorecard when I finish a round, can I do that at a later time?

How accurate is the GPS in my iPhone?
The iPhone GPS was built for general purpose vehicle navigation, however, our tuning has enabled us to obtain accuracy within ~10yds.
I do not see a feature I would really like to have, does ProCreative have a feature request page?
Yes, please visit our Support page. Next to Golf 09, click 'Submit Feedback', then choose Request Feature. We appreciate your feedback!
I cannot get my HCP to display even though I have completed several rounds.
There are usually 4 reasons why HCP would fail to calculate.
1. The courses and/or tee boxes played do not have slope/rating.
2. Existence of "junk" rounds or rounds that start/finish with a score of 0.
3. Not enough rounds played. There must be 5 qualifying rounds before a handicap is calculated. A qualifying round is a 9 or 18-hole round with a slope/rating for the tee box played.
4. The user is looking on the stats pages at the early rounds where there were not enough qualifying rounds available to calculate a HCP.
Does your Golf app work on the iPod Touch?
Yes, Golf 10 was specifically designed to work on the iPhone, iPhone 3G, and iPod Touch (2nd Generation). Some features which require the use of GPS, will be disabled on the iPod Touch and non-GPS equipped iPhones. iPod Touch (1st Generation) is not supported at this time.
Is Golf 10 available on other mobile device platforms such as Google's Android or Windows Mobile?
Not at this time. Golf 10 was built from the ground up for the iPhone & iPod Touch. We are continuously evaluating other potential mobile devices and platforms. If you would like to see our app(s) on a particular device. Please let us know.
I only see US courses listed, is there support outside the US?
We officially support US courses as we have a significant amount of US courses in our database. Since demand for courses in other countries has been increasing, we are currently accepting course requests from outside the US. When requesting a course, please give as much information as possible to help us quickly add your course.
How do I add golfers or players to my round of golf?
Please setup your Golfers first, under the Golfers tab from the main menu. Tap Golfers, then Edit, then ( + ) to add new golfers. Next, after you start a round of golf, tap Edit, then ( + ) to add from your Golfers list.
I do not see my preferred courses in your database, can I add my own?

Please be sure to search our courses first, to avoid duplicates. To edit or correct a course already in our database, please email us with the necessary corrections.
